　　一、社交禮儀

　　1、 Social etiquette

　　在社交禮儀上，韓國人一般不采用握手作為見面的禮節(jié)。握手時講究使用雙手，或是單獨使用右手。在晚輩、下屬與長輩、上級握手時，后者伸出手來之后，前者須先以右手握手，隨手再將自己是左手輕置與后者的右手之上。

　　韓國人在一般的情況下喜歡吃辣和酸。主食主要是米飯、冷面。菜肴有泡菜、烤牛肉、燒狗肉、人參雞等等。總體來說，韓國人的菜品種不是太多，而且其中的絕大多數(shù)都比較清淡。一般來是說，韓國的男子的酒量都不錯，對燒酒、清酒、啤酒往往來者不拒，婦女則多不飲酒。平日，韓國人大都喝茶和咖啡。但是，韓國人通常不喝稀粥，不喜歡喝清湯。韓國人一般不喜歡吃過油、過膩、過甜的東西。不啻鴨子、羊肉和肥豬肉，至于熊掌、虎肉。吃飯時，一般用筷子。為環(huán)保，韓國人的會為你提供鐵餐具。與長輩吃飯時不許先動筷子，不可以用筷子對別人指指點點，用餐完后將筷子整齊放在餐桌的桌面上。吃飯時，不宜高談闊論。吃東西時，嘴里響聲太大，也是非常丟人的。在韓國人的家里宴請時，賓主一般都是圍坐在一張矮腿方桌周圍。盤腿席地而坐。在這種情況下，切勿用手摸腳，伸直雙腿，或是雙腿叉開，都是不允許的。
